About Our Services - FrameSync Labs

FrameSync Labs is one of the largest PC optimization platforms worldwide, trusted by a community of 100,000+ members across social media. With hundreds of verified reviews and 99% positive feedback, our engineers have optimized countless gaming PCs - including systems used by 30+ professional esports players, streamers, and content creators.

What We Do

Unlike automated tools or batch file tweaks, every FrameSync optimization is performed manually by an engineer via a secure, direct remote access. Our team has over 15 years of hands-on IT experience. We cover BIOS settings, Windows OS configuration, network stack tuning, input lag reduction, game-specific settings, advanced RAM timings, and component overclocking or undervolting - all tailored to the specific hardware and games each client uses. We do not sell one-size-fits-all tweaks or repackaged registry files.

FSOS - FrameSync OS

FSOS (a.k.a FSOS-X or FrameSync OS available at https://fsosx.com) is a custom-tuned Windows build developed in-house, featuring 1200+ performance and latency tweaks. FSOS is included (optional) with all optimization plans completely free of charge and delivers a fully optimized operating system foundation specifically built for competitive gaming.

Benchmarking and Methodology

Our engineers use professional tools such as NVIDIA Latency Analyzer to verify the functionality of every tweak in-house before it's rolled out to customers. Other benchmarking and diagnostic tools including FrameView for frame time analysis, LatencyMon for DPC latency measurement, HWiNFO for hardware monitoring, and CapFrameX for framerate capture may be used during client sessions. Every optimization includes before/after benchmarks so clients can verify measurable performance gains. All changes are tested, safe, reversible, and tailored to each individual system.

Real Benchmark Results

Recorded before and after on the same machine, in the same scene, at the same settings. Test bench: Ryzen 7 9800X3D, RTX 5090, 32GB 6000 MT/s CL26, 1920x1080, EXPO enabled, no frame generation. Every figure below is read from the on-screen counters in our own before/after capture of that session:

  • Counter-Strike 2: 619 FPS before, 900 FPS after (+45%). 1% lows 360 to 656 (+82%). Highest frametime spike 3.6 ms to 1.8 ms.
  • Valorant: 630 FPS before, 1071 FPS after (+70%). 1% lows 395 to 754 (+91%). Highest frametime spike 3.5 ms to 1.6 ms.
  • Fortnite: 641 FPS before, 952 FPS after (+49%). 1% lows 410 to 645 (+57%). Highest frametime spike 3.3 ms to 1.6 ms.
  • Arc Raiders: 311 FPS before, 370 FPS after (+19%). 1% lows 242 to 289 (+19%). Highest frametime spike 4.4 ms to 3.8 ms.
  • Call of Duty Warzone: 157 FPS before, 455 FPS after (+190%). 1% lows 114 to 306 (+168%). Highest frametime spike 9.8 ms to 3.9 ms.

A dedicated engineer handles post-session assistance, while a separate community support team provides support to regular members.

Quick Evaluation - 15 Minutes, 5 EUR

Quick Evaluation is a paid 15-minute session, priced at 5 EUR, in which an engineer looks over your system and tells you honestly whether optimizing it is worth the money. If it is, the 5 EUR is deducted from the price of the optimization plan you book afterwards, so you pay nothing extra for having asked. If your hardware is not a good candidate, we say so and you have spent 5 EUR instead of the full price.

The evaluation covers a review of your CPU, GPU, memory and motherboard against the plan requirements, a check of what headroom your system actually has, and a straight answer on which plan (if any) suits it. It is advice only - no changes are made to your PC during the evaluation.

Custom Optimization

We offer Custom Optimization, a built-in custom plan builder on the website that lets customers hand-pick their own optimizations and build a fully tailored plan. Browse the full catalog of individual tweaks and optimizations, select exactly what you want, and Custom Optimization automatically calculates your price and session length based on your choices. Available for free directly on framesynclabs.com.
